I have designed a user guide to assit our clients with using the Bulk Up Upload feature on Indeed. This feature enables clients to upload multiple job postings at once.
The guide provides step-by-step instructions for agency users and is also used by the Customer Success team for training purposes.
Our aim is to enhance the clients' overall experience with the platform by making it easier for them to use the Bulk Up Upload feature.
I have aligned the guide's design with the user experience, using real screenshots and clear instructional text to ensure the guide is easy to understand. Our goal is to make the Bulk Up Upload feature accessible and straightforward for our clients, ultimately improving their experience with the platform.
In addition to the user guide, I have created summary sheets to further simplify the Bulk Up Upload process.
Incorporated different colors to distinguish required items from optional ones, making it easier for our clients to understand which fields are mandatory.
I've designed our FAQ section in a chat-style format to make it friendly and easy to read. The use of this design allows for a more engaging and approachable experience for our clients. We believe that this format will make the process of finding answers to common questions about the Bulk Up Upload feature more intuitive and efficient.
